Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The scan, the readiness report and 3 manual rescans every 30 days cost nothing, and you don't need a card to create an account.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. AgentPass never sees or stores your card details. You can manage your subscription from the Billing page in your dashboard.
What happens if a payment fails or I cancel?
Paid features — like serving AI agents through your agent interface, or connected inventory, carts and checkout — need an active subscription. If it lapses, those features pause and your account falls back to Free features until the subscription is active again.
What is an agent action?
One request an AI agent makes through your AgentPass interface — for example a product search, an inventory check or adding an item to a cart. Each plan includes a monthly allowance per business.
Why is Pro “$999+”?
Pro starts at $999 a month. Larger multi-location setups and custom capabilities can cost more.
Which integrations are included?
AgentPass connects to Shopify, or to your own system through the AgentPass Custom API. Other connectors — like Square, Toast and WooCommerce — are coming soon.
